2 poulets

625 g de champignons Pizzaiola Hugo Reitzel

1250 g de tomates en dés Mutti

2 bouquets de persil

375 g d’oignons blancs Hugo Reitzel

125 g de dés de lardons (fumés)

10 cs d’huile d‘olive Colavita

5 dl de vin blanc

Basilic frais et feuilles de sauge

Sel, poivre

Comment préparer

Couper les poulets en 5 et les assaisonner avec du sel et du poivre.

Faire chauffer l’huile d’olive et y faire dorer les morceaux de poulet, y ajouter les dés de lardons. Retirer de la poêle et disposer dans une cocotte en argile.

Hacher le persil.

Faire revenir les champignons et les oignons dans le jus de la viande, puis arroser de vin blanc.

Ajouter les dés de tomates, le persil et les épices et mouiller avec un peu d’eau.

Laisser mijoter au four à 150 degrés environ 30 minutes.

Rectifier l’assaisonnement avant de servir. Servir avec des pommes de terre sautées.
